In a world in constant change, creativity and social commitment have become essential tools for tackling the most urgent challenges facing our communities. Under this premise, the Creactiva School was created, a training space that promotes social entrepreneurship and innovation as drivers of positive change. The project seeks to inspire young people and people with transformative concerns to detect social problems and turn them into opportunities for impact through sustainable, innovative and socially valuable solutions. The Creactiva School not only offers theoretical training, but also proposes a practical experience in which ideas are turned into real projects, with participatory, creative and collaborative methodologies.

In 2024, within the framework of Escuela Creactiva, Jovesólides organised the 5th International Forum on Social Innovation, a pioneering event addressing the possibility of solving social challenges such as access to housing, political polarisation, active ageing or climate change through artificial intelligence.

But Escuela Creactiva not only inspires; it also creates. Throughout its history, it has developed a collection of its own methodologies for social innovation, designed to facilitate participatory learning, foster collective creativity and generate solutions with impact. These tools are available free of charge and without the need for prior registration on the project’s website, presenting themselves as open resources for those who want to transform their environment through social action and innovation.these methodologies are born from practice, with a vocation for transformation, and have been applied in multiple territories, contexts and collectives.
In addition to its innovative methodologies, the Creactiva School is articulated through training laboratories and advocacy tables, spaces designed to explore social innovation from multiple approaches and with a vocation for real impact. The laboratories offer practical and immersive experiences where participants experiment, design and test solutions to specific social challenges. The advocacy roundtables bring together social, institutional and academic agents to debate, share learning and generate proposals that position social innovation as an engine of global change, capable of transforming not only local realities, but also public policies and collective narratives.

This year, the Escuela Creactiva training labs are back in classroom format, spaces designed to experience social innovation first-hand, aimed at people interested in creativity, social innovation and entrepreneurship with impact. Through practical and collaborative dynamics, an introduction to creativity, entrepreneurship and social innovation; a space dedicated to exploring the role of artificial intelligence in these areas; practical workshops for the development of social innovation methodologies; and an advocacy and networking café with agents from the entrepreneurial ecosystem, these sessions invite people committed to experimenting with creative methodologies and designing transformative proposals to address real social challenges.
